Identity and Applicability
www.newoffsprings.com (“website”) is operated on behalf of New Offsprings, having it’s corporate seat at Amstelkade 442, 1078 AH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with Chamber of Commerce number 69457670 and VAT/BTW number NL207453135B01 (hereinafter referred to as “New offsprings/we/us/our”)
Please read the following terms and conditions use carefully before using this website. By placing an order on newoffsprings.com, you agree with our terms.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
PRICES
All prices listed on the website are in Euros including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs.
PAYMENT
Payment is possible by iDeal (Dutch customers), creditcard, Paypal and Klarna Afterpay.
We reserve the right to cancel all orders, either wholly or partly, at our own discretion and without judicial intervention of the legal authorities, or to demand payment in advance for deliveries still to be made.
ORDER PROCESS
Once the order is placed by you, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail to let you know that we have received your order. This order confirmation e-mail does not constitute an acceptance of your order or the conclusion of a contract. New Offsprings reserves all rights to reject your order for any reason and with no liability to you or any third parties prior to New Offsprings’ acceptance of your order.
SHIPPING
All of our orders will be shipped with DHL or POSTNL and require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped when your payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. We ship to EU countries using PostNL service, shipped from our warehouse located in The Netherlands. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday excluding weekends and national holidays.
Every customer receives a track and trace number which allows the customer to know the expected date of arrival. Please make sure you are there at home when the courier is on his way. In most cases, the courier leaves a note behind and drops the goods at the local post office to be picked up. When this is not picked up at a certain date, the goods will be shipped back to our company. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
ADDRESS
Please make sure you have written the correct address when placing an order, we only go by the information that has been entered by the customer in their account on the website. Newoffsprings.com is not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout or request an address change once your order has shipped, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may occur. A note of a different address in Paypal will not be looked at.

*International: Countries located in the middle east, Africa, Australia and Asia might take longer because of customs. Customs usually hold our packages for over two weeks. Receiving your order can take up to 4 weeks.

SIZING OF OUR PRODUCTS
The New Offsprings shoes normally fit 0.5 to 1 size bigger compared to other brands. Please carefully check the New Offsprings size chart on the product pages on our website.
COLORS
We have made every reasonable effort to display all our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Therefore the pictures of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
DUTIES
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. International customers will be responsible for payment of any duties.
RETURNS
The customer has the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items within 14 days of the delivery. The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Items must be unused in the original packaging, and must retain, intact and undisturbed, any security tags, labels, seals, stickers include all original packaging and documentation. Shipping the item must be packed in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
Newoffsprings.com does not accept returns without the original packaging and the reasons stated above or when the items show signs of use or abuse. To ensure that the item(s) arrive in our warehouse, we advise to ship with a tracking number.
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to post to your account.
EXCHANGE
When you want to exchange an item for another item, please use the return form as shown in the menu. For exchanges please keep in mind to use the following steps:
1) check the availability of the ‘new’ product; 2) use the return form; 3) send back the original product you ordered first. After we received the product, we will ship the product you asked for when you used the return form. We do not guarantee the availability of any items for exchange. If the item you wish to exchange your original order for is not available, you have the option of receiving a full refund.
