Changed your mind? - Exchange & Return policy

We at New Offsprings produce our products with passion and care. So we hope you love our product too. However if it’s the wrong size or it isn’t for you, we understand. The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days after delivery.

Please keep in mind that some people see the box as a collectable item.
So please pack them in an extra box next to its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged. Download the Return & Exchange Form here:

Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted. Ask for proof of shipment with track and trace code, so you can follow the package online. When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact our customer service.

(Returns made without a return form or an incomplete return form will not be accepted for return.)

EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange your product for a different size, we offer a 30-day return policy valid form the day you received your order. Don't forget to fill in all the information on the Return/Exchange form. It is recommended to check our website for the availability of the product you want to exchange.

When exchanging a product we will pay to ship the new product to you, but please note that you are responsible for the costs and arranging the shipment. We can't guarantee that we will receive your item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
After we got your product, we will send you an email with the status of your exchange and the shipping information for your new order. The time it may take for the product to get to you, may vary depending on where you live.

RETURN & REFUND
If you really changed your mind you can also get a full refund. You have the right to return your products, we offer a 30-day return policy valid form the day you received your order. Don't forget to fill in the Return/Exchange form.

If you got a wrong or a defect product, please contact our customer support (support@newoffsprings.com) before returning the product, we would get back to you as quick as we can.

REFUND
Once we got your return and it's inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will let you know about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
If your return is approved we will automatically refund your credit to the original method of payment, within 30 days.
We only accept products purchased from this website.
